Overview
Notice is only effective if you can prove it was served. We deliver legal notices, demand notices, eviction notices and court process by hand, registered post with acknowledgement due and email or WhatsApp where the law permits, and keep a full audit trail for each.
Each service attempt is recorded with date, time, location and the recipient’s acknowledgement or refusal, and we prepare the supporting affidavit of service.
What’s included
- Personal service by trained process servers
- RPAD and speed-post dispatch with tracking
- Electronic service where legally permitted
- Documented attempts, refusals and substituted service
- Affidavit of service
Frequently asked questions
What happens if the recipient refuses the notice?
Refusal is documented with the time, place and circumstances. In most cases a documented refusal counts as valid service, and the affidavit of service will record it.
