Overview
Courts, consulates and universities rarely accept a plain translation. They need a translation that is accurate to the legal meaning of the source, formatted to mirror the original, and certified by a qualified translator who stands behind it.
Our translators work between English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu and major foreign languages including French, German, Spanish, Arabic and Japanese. Every translation is reviewed by a second linguist before certification, and we can arrange notarisation or apostille in the same order.
What’s included
- Translation by a subject-matter qualified translator
- Independent second-linguist review
- Translator’s certificate of accuracy on letterhead
- Layout that mirrors the source document, including stamps and seals
- Optional notarisation and apostille
Frequently asked questions
Will my translation be accepted by an embassy?
Most embassies accept a certified translation. Some also require notarisation or an apostille. Tell us the destination country in your request and we will confirm the exact requirement in your quote.
Do I need to send the original document?
For translation alone a clear scan is enough. If you also need notarisation or an apostille, we will tell you how to send the originals.
